Operational Questions

Do Parents Have Access to ClickView?

Aside from using their child's account to access the content, parents cannot access ClickView on their own at this time.

Does ClickView Keep Your Spot in Videos That You Have Previously Watched?

This feature is not currently available. If this is something that you would like to see as a feature for ClickView, then check out the Requesting New Features in ClickView section on the ClickView Training LibGuide.

How Do I Resize Videos in Canvas?

Unfortunately, once a video is embedded into Canvas you are unable to adjust it size.

Can You Embed ClickView Videos into PowerPoint?

Currently the only way to embed a ClickView video into a Microsoft PowerPoint is to add it as a link.

It is currently an option when using the design tool Canva. For more information on how to do this check out the ClickView and Canva section of the ClickView Training LibGuide. 

Interactive Videos Questions

Can You Hide Questions in Interactive Videos?

While you cannot hide question in pre-existing interactive videos, you can always remove them by deleting the questions in the interactive video editor.

Do Students Have Access to Their Answers for the Questions in Interactive Videos?

Before the students finalise their attempt, they will be given a chance to review their answers, including questions they haven’t answered.  

Students will be able to access their answers after they have submitted by going to the Interactive folder in their workspace and select Results next to the required video to access them.

Can a Word Limit Be Placed on Short Answer Questions in Interactive Videos?

The short answer is no, currently there is no ability to set your own word limit. However, there is an inbuilt limit of 255 characters.
