For the last couple of months, right around Australia, young reading groups have been engaging deeply with the 2022 CBCA Book of the Year Shortlist, reading, discussing and critiquing using the same criteria as the CBCA Book of the Year Judges use. On Friday, 26 August the CBCA will be proud to acknowledge their choices for a winner in five categories.
