Prayer to Saint Robert Southwell
Holy St. Robert, noble son of England,
your love for God and your courage
was so great that neither torture nor death
could make you renounce your Catholic faith.
Obtain for me O holy martyr that I may truly
initiate your virtue and your great love for God.
Like you I live a saintly and courageous life
pleasing to God and someday be found
worthy to enjoy with you the eternal happiness of heaven. Amen
